New York-based artist Liliana Porter delivers an Artist Talk at the Menil. Porter will discuss her multidisciplinary practice, which encompasses painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, video, installation, and more recently, theater. She will also speak about her 1974 work, Mural Circular VI, currently on view in the exhibition Spatial Awareness: Drawings from the Permanent Collection, at the Menil Drawing Institute.
As always, Menil programs are free and open to all. The Artist Talk series is supported by a gift from the Cockrell Family Fund.
