Join Joseph N. Newland, Director of Publishing, for the story of the Menil’s first book on the Ancient Mediterranean collection. Initiated in 2014 by Curator Paul R. Davis, the Collection Analysis Collaborative brought together Houston students and specialists from across North America to trace the stories of unresearched objects, all of them “cold cases.” Then Covid-19 stretched out the production another full year.
