Founded in 2009 to encourage women to write and perform experimental music, Sandy Ewen’s all-female ensemble presents a suite of vocal and movement-based pieces inspired by the themes of Francis Alÿs: The Fabiola Project. Called Red Currant for this performance, the group interprets concepts such as repetition, copying, recycling, and variation.
