“The project became about the manual as much as the car. It also became about fault-finding and breakdown in everyday life. What happens when these things we think we know and can handle so well fail us?” – Anthony Hawley
This five-day multimedia event and traveling performance installation by Anthony Hawley follows the story of a stranded passenger, his car, and its repair. It becomes increasingly unclear from where or when this passenger and his car have come. Night 3 (April 14) and Night 4 (April 15) will take place in the parking lot of the Menil’s SBC building.
Please note: Performance requires standing and walking, please wear appropriate clothing for weather.
